A million bucks!  That's how the new store front for Upham's Corner Main Street is looking.

According to Zachary Cohen, Executive Director, the entire store front was replaced - it had to be.  The overall condition of the exterior of the building made it most uninviting.

As we know, "plastic," in this case, plexiglass, is affected by the sun's rays.  Depending on its thickness and the amount of sunlight hitting the surface, the plexiglass may buckle.  Over time the plexiglass begins to cloud over, looking stained and opaque.

Zach and his advisors opted with "the model storefront" approach to their new "digs." It looks great.  The metalic surface is clean, crisp and cool to the touch.  It is professional in its appearance and says to the world  "Upham's Corner is serious about growing."

Best of all, the new glass (real glass) is clean, unpitted, unmarred, unstained - in other words pristine and perfect.

Daylight glances across the surface, almost dancing - inviting you to "Come on in."   What a great job!!  Take a look at the before and after photos below.  What do you think?
