Senior Fitness Classes at Grove Hall Library in April 2014

The Senior Fitness Classes will run every Saturday in April from 11:00-11:30. Advanced registration is encouraged.  

Experience a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily senior living, including cardio, weight training and stretching while sitting.  This class will meet the needs and abilities of those new to workouts or at an advanced level while providing a total body workout.
