Dimitrio's House of Pizza Permit Suspended

Dimitrio's House of PizzaCity of Boston Inspectional Services, Health Division, paid a visit to Dimitrio's House of Pizza at 1730 Dorchester Ave in Dorchester.  The 31 violations found depict a food establishment that does not know what it means to be in business serving the public in a safe manner.

Raw foods next to/above cooked foods, no certified Person in Charge on site, mice droppings with openings in the foundation that let the mice in, rusty shelves, filthy cardboard covering shelves, unsealed shelving, equipment full of grease and more.

ISD's standard is to "fail" then give the establishment opportunity to correct the violations.  This inspection warranted an immediate shutdown.
